Serves two


  • 8 Highveld Portabellini Mushrooms
  • Olive oil if grilling
  • 12 Cherry or Rosa tomatoes
  • Ina Paarman’s garlic pepper seasoning


  1. Alternate the tomatoes and Portabellini mushrooms onto four kebab sticks
  2. Brush lightly with olive oil if grilling and sprinkle with seasoning
  3. Either grill or pan-fry according to your preference
